Slowly cultured for 48 hours. This gives our drinks their unique flavour, reduces the sugar content and increases the nutritional value of our drinks.
We only use natural ingredients in our products, combining our water kefir with fruit juices to create our refreshing flavours. That means no artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives.
No plastic is used in any of our packaging and we try to reduce the enviromental footprint of our products wherever possible.
We make our drinks from start to finish in our factory located just south of Loch Lomond.
Our fruity and refreshing drinks can be enjoyed by themselves, or as the perfect mixer for your favourite tipple. Cheers!
Gavin holds an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Energy Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Engineering Management. After working in the energy sector as a design engineer for a number of years Gavin decided it was time to pursue his dream of starting a business, and where better to start than with fermented drinks – something Gavin has been a fan of for a long time. Gavin has been instrumental in the conversion of the industrial unit in to a small-scale drinks factory, and oversees all operations on a day to day basis.
In his spare time Gavin enjoys playing the guitar, walking and training dogs, and has recently started learning to sail. When the Scottish weather permits Gavin loves to click in to his bindings on the ski slopes.
Catriona has been working in the Scottish food and drink sector since graduating with an Honours Degree in Food Science. She has subsequently gained a Masters Degree in Food Law, and enjoys helping other companies with their regulatory labelling queries via Foodable (www.foodable.uk).
Within the drinks factory Catriona works on new product development and oversees safety and compliance. In her spare time Catriona enjoys playing the piano and the violin, and exploring Loch Lomond by bike. In the winter Catriona takes every opportunity to join Gavin on the slopes.
