The lino print artwork on our labels depicts a tranquil Loch Lomond scene. The artwork was created especially for us by talented artist Helen Maxfield.
Helen is an artist-printmaker from Suffolk in the East of England. She specialises in linoprints and finds her inspiration in the East Anglian countryside. She is a Suffolk Craft Society member and has exhibited her original prints in prestigious venues such as the Peter Pears Gallery in Aldeburgh, Ipswich Town Hall Galleries and Snape Maltings Concert Hall. Her work features in Mascot Media’s book ‘Suffolk Jewels’. http://www.mascotmedia.co.uk/SuffolkJewels.html?1498468205
Helen says: “I was thrilled when Gavin and Catriona offered me the opportunity to create the artwork for Middle Way! I think they’ve found a very interesting gap in the market, at a time when a lot of people are trying to cut down on the sugar in their diet. I love the landscape of Loch Lomond and it was a joy to do!”
